    Disliked: Cleanliness
    Place was not ready at desired time 1.5 hours if not more waiting for it to be ready. and no concessions were given. No check in instructions were sent, place was not clean (dirty cups and ball of hair on wall of shower) stopped answering our messages after the first day and our designated parking spot was taken on the last day. Again, no response to our messages to rectify the issue. Place smelled like backed up old water and you could hear people and a washer and dryer late at night from upstairs unit while we were trying to sleep. Sounded like they were drying shoes (so loud).
    Stayed 3 nights in Nov 2025
