The breakfast was a very nice surprise. Our room eas clean, comfortable and cool. The toilet sticks sometimes and the shower was hard to adjust. The pool was cool nut not cold, it was clean and well kept.

I had about 600lbs of equipment that had to come inside overnight and I was checking in at about 1:30am. There was no indication in the listing that this motel did not have an elevator. (Guess I should have known?) When I requested a ground floor room so that I could roll everything in on a luggage trolley the man at the front desk immediately told me that there were none available. He didn't check anything before saying this and just shrugged when I mentioned how much equipment I had to move. He seemed annoyed that I was there at all. While carrying my gear upstairs, which took me about half an hour in the middle of the night, I saw two ground floor rooms that were vacant. Given that this was already after 1:30am and I was only staying a night, there was no excuse for this. Maybe my stay would have been positive with better staff, but the guy that checked me in was completely useless and uninterested to the point of outright rudeness. I regret booking here.

This property exceeded expectations. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The grounds are well maintained , the pool clean and nice. The lobby was even decorated for Christmas ( we are traveling in early December).! I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.
