The staff at the reception, kitchen and cleaning are amazing people. They did their jobs excellently each day and always ready to serve! The hotel itself is conveniently located, closed to bus stop and 10-15 minutes to Luzern station and nearby tourist spots, restaurants. Transportation like boats, buses, trains, etc that will bring you to your chosen destinations. Cheaper food markets are there too and is scattered everywhere. Overall, we had a wonderful time spent plus a beautiful weather during our stay from May 25-29.

I had a nice stay here. Being on a budget, I was OK that the hotel is about 15 mins easy bus trip from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Considering the price compared to the downtown hotels, I found it fantastic value for money.

Easy and nice

Perfcet hotel as a night stage in way from north to south Europe, close to highways with parking, clean and comfortable. Luzern is as well really close by car or train.

The room was spacious and clean, even the bathroom! We had a room with a big balcony. The breakfast was sufficient. Personal was friendly! We stayed only one night, but I wouldn't mind to stay longer and I would for sure stay here again when I visit this region of Switzerland.

Nice hotel. Would recommend. Bus stop emmenbrucke sprengi. One bus line 61 was right across the street and line 2 was down the street. A Coop and an ATM were just down the road. Breakfast was free. AC was included and controls were in the room which is rare in Europe...Only negative were towels were scratchy. Fyi if you're an American, the blue liquid is both body wash and shampoo.

We were given a free pass for the bus. The bus stop was very close to the hotel and we went to Lucerne for the day. We didn’t have to worry about finding parking in Lucerne. Very convenient.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was among the worst I have experienced. Several staff members were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to guest concerns. Whenever I tried to explain an issue, I felt that I was immediately dismissed and even accused of being dishonest rather than being treated with respect and professionalism. What was most frustrating were the numerous unexpected charges. Guests should be aware that calling reception by dialing “0” incurs an additional fee, which was not clearly communicated. The shower design lacks a proper door, causing water to easily escape onto the bathroom floor. Despite this appearing to be a design issue, guests may be held responsible for water-related damage or plumbing concerns. Instead of working collaboratively to resolve issues, staff were confrontational and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the process. Being treated as though I was lying when raising legitimate concerns was unacceptable. And they would continue to call me a liar. Between the poor customer service, hidden fees, lack of transparency, and the way guest concerns were handled, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Nice people and modern building. Unfortuantelly was very hot and also with open windows was difficult to stay. The bed have a good mattress but the base of the bed was not flat with e side more loose than the other. One of my worst night in the last years.

It must have some shady guests before ... there were signs to tell guests not to cook in the room, sign to tell guests about CHF 100 fine for letting the water leaked from under the shower door. BTW, the shower door is leaking if one uses its rain curtain shower head on top. The only way to avoid the water spilling on the door and leaking out of its bottom gap is to use the hand held. So it is an architectural design fault that the management tried to pin on the guests if they, God Forbid, uses the rain curtain shower head and leave a pool of water out of the door that he or she closed properly. Come on - it's rude.

L’hôtel est bien desservi, à seulement 20min en bus depuis la gare de Lucerne. J’ai eu une chambre au 1er étage avec vue sur parking. C’était très calme. En temps de canicule, j’ai apprécié que la chambre soit climatisée, malgré l’absence de mini frigo. Le personnel est aimable et le petit déjeuner était correct. Je recommande.
