"The house is a great place to enjoy the lake and have a fun weekend. The views from the house is unbelievable!"

"The views of the lake are beautiful! Dave was great at communicating. Check in and check out were easy. There are a couple things to take into consideration. Even if it is the winter months, it would be nice to have access to the upper deck and have it cleared of snow. The hot tub is underneath and water drips down while sitting in there. Also, the stairs from the upper deck that lead down to the hot tub should be cleared. The house was clean for the most part. There were a few things we noticed that were dusty, had cobwebs or dishes that needed to be rewashed. Overall, this home fit our family of 5 great. We enjoyed the time together playing in the snow and relaxing in the hot tub. Thankful for all the memories we made during our stay!"

"We had a great 5 days at this location. Fall is the best time of the year at Tahoe in my opinion and this house was perfect for our family, including a toddler. As described, awesome location, clean and well maintained. We will be back for sure!"
