we arrived after a 9-hour drive expecting to check in at 4:00 pm, but the front desk agent, almost laughing about it, told us they were still waiting for housekeeping to prepare our room. it wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm, and we had plans scheduled just 30 minutes later there were also several other issues: the room didn’t have a proper mirror besides a very small one in the bathroom, and we were given the wrong door code. after returning later, we couldn’t get back into our room because of it unfortunately, based on our experience, i can’t really recommend this hotel

LOVE IT!

By far one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Lake Tahoe! What made it even more convenient was the fact that we had a stovetop so we saved so much money on going out to eat! Staff was very friendly and so was the front desk manager! I would definitely recommend staying here again!!!
