The upstairs living area opens to a generous outdoor deck and a staircase takes you down to the large fenced yard and out onto the shared boat dock (one space available). Very Awesome Weekend! House was clean and organized and stocked with the necessities. Very quite neighborhood and close enough to shopping and South Lake Tahoes "Strip" 10/10 would stay here again!
