"The description online and reality do not match. The reception hour with locally sourced appetizers consisted of store bought cheese and crackers and grapes that were past their prime. At first the piped in music was a nice touch and after a while it began to feel like elevator music. There was a very strong smell of carpet or air freshener. The worst part was how incredibly uncomfortable the bed and pillows were. I booked based on the online description that was charming and cozy and was disappointed with the actual experience."

"Literally almost died from the room being contaminated with synthetic opiates. Im alive thanks to the fire department and 2 doses of narcan. There weren't any towels in the room when i got there. The bed had a twin headboard with a king mattress, every piece of furniture had a stain. The staff was friendly, but didn't offer another room. I wish i picked a different hotel.. "
