"I was very disappointed with my stay. When we arrived, the room was clearly not cleaned properly. There were food crumbs and snacks all over the carpet, dog paw prints on the chair, and coffee stains on the wall. These are things that should have been noticed and cleaned before a guest checks in. I texted the hotel staff and requested housekeeping. I was told someone would come to the room at 7:30 PM. I even removed the privacy sign from the door to make sure they could enter, but nobody ever showed up. The only positive part of this hotel was the valet parking staff, who were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room was not clean, the service was unreliable, and the overall experience was far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel maintains a 4-star rating. I would not choose to stay here again. ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5)"

"Linden Row Inn is a fantastic 19th century building. The layout is unique for a hotel, and it has this fantastic courtyard. Parking is street parking but not that hard to find a spot. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it’s a charming place and an unexpected find. And a super cute hotel cat"

"The hotel was great. But when I checked in they charged me the full room fee even though I had already paid on Hotels.com. They reversed it. Then at 2am they charged the fee again. Luckily I had blocked my credit card due to the other charges. Each time multiple staff members and the managers had no visibility into what I was being charged for or any explanation."
