"The carpet in our room needs either a deep clean or replacement. We had to wear socks the entire time because our feet were filthy and gross when barefoot. No one wants to get into a clean bed with dirty feet. The tub in the bathroom could be updated but was fine for a quick stay. "

"Our stay was good. We did not use the pools, but it was nice that early March even the outside pool was available and being used as it was heated. The breakfast was okay. No issues during our stay. "

That wouldn’t matter if we were leaving! It wasn’t just our room, we talked to several people in passing and they said they didn’t have hot water either!"
