The woman in the office was super sweet and helpful, absolutely love her and her willingness to help. However, there were some things beyond her control that the owners need to address. The pool has broken and cracked tiles, looks pretty ran down and gross. The rooms were worse than bad though. Doors and frames are scratched up from what looks like an animal, some of the trim is missing, mystery stains on the walls, hair in the floor, the rooms smelled SO bad and were extremely hot and muggy. On the bright side, it’s close to all the attractions.

We really enjoyed staying with you!! Our daughter and her husband was part of the Ponies in the Smokies!!! You weren’t very far from that, so it worked out great!! The room was clean!! We stayed warm!! We needed a few towels and you were very accommodating!!!
