No complaints. I didn't need staff services, but when I asked a few questions they were pleasant and helpful. This is a low price motel, so I didn't expect expensive amenities. Rather than complaints / criticisms, a couple of suggestions: -- Put a "living room" type chair in the room so there's a comfortable place to sit. -- Brighter / more light(s) would be nice -- Install some kind of vent in the bath area so the entire room doesn't get damp after a shower. That said, still no real complaints given the price.

Every thing was great.The service was great.The only thing we found that was less than excellent was the beds.They were so hard we could not get a good night being comfort in sleeping on them.My sister had to sleep sitting up while we were there because the beds were so hard.

Dated room, the entire room felt old and gross. Especially the carpet, bed, bedding and bathroom. More like a motel 6. Also, you could hear the cops, ambulance, and all the cars driving through like if there’s no insulation.

We booked because many of the reviews on here were highly rated. Location was good as far as the distance to dining, entertainment and shopping. However, unfortunately, we will not return. We had booked two weekends in a row, but have cancelled this next weekend. There is a go cart track with music and a loud speaker next door. Our room was on the 2nd floor of the back building so it didn’t bother us. If you are in the backside of the first building it may be a bad situation for anyone with little ones or early bedtimes. Upon entering, the room was musty and in dire need of updates. The furniture was likely from the mid 80s. To include the beds/mattresses. The pillows were cheap and thin. It was also immediately obvious it was Not clean. Mind you, we are not uppity about hotels. We love a good value as long as it’s clean. We’ve stayed in many dated, small hotels during our travels. This was absolutely not that. There was a lot of dust on all light fixtures. The phone was so filthy that I likely would not have even used it in an emergency.Dirt and dust around the sink edges. Actual blood drops dripping dried on the wall by the bed. There was black mold/mildew on the shower head and the tile above it. The tile where the fan was located was sagging and the fan didn’t sound like it should be run. We were only there one night, so we decided to forgo showering. We just couldn’t.There was water damage along the walls in the bathrooms. Reinvest $ in the property.It could be nice!

A very good budget hotel in an excellent location. I asked for a ground level floor but they were unable to accommodate on first night. Manager ensured a ground level was made available first thing the next morning and even offered to help us move. Some updates like usb ports were appreciated. Staff friendly and helpful. Think it is far better than a 1*. Safe area.

Pros: Conveniently located Parking was clos Price was right $50 per night. You get what you pay for i guess. Cons: Exterior was in need of fresh paint and cleaning Room was in need of updating. Lots of cosmetic issues. I saw a couple cockroaches in the bathroom. Bed covers in need of cleaning. Towels stained.
