Our stay at HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa was truly fantastic and absolutely deserves five stars. First of all, the reception team deserves a medal. OMG, what an incredible level of customer service. Professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of at all times. The room was clean, modern, well-organized, and very comfortable. Even though there was construction happening next door, the hotel handled the situation professionally and thoughtfully by offering us a coupon for free drinks, which we really appreciated. It showed care and awareness of the guest experience. The location is perfect, especially if you want to enjoy the beach and have easy access to everything around Da Nang. The pool service is simply BEYOND WORDS, and believe me, the pool staff delivers a 10-star level of service. Attentive, friendly, proactive, and always with a smile. They truly elevate the entire experience and make the pool area unforgettable. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the restaurant and the free breakfast, which felt like the weakest part of the experience. That said, it’s something that can definitely be improved. Overall, HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa stands out for its amazing staff, perfect location, and excellent service. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The pictures online were very deceiving compared to what we saw when we arrived. The hotel is in an older building, and there was construction going on around the property, which made it quite noisy. I had my family stay here for a total of 2 nights and booked three rooms. Unfortunately, all of the rooms had a strange smell and felt misty or damp, which made them uncomfortable to stay in. The front desk staff also gave us conflicting information. They initially said they could upgrade us to the highest floor, but due to the language barrier, there was confusion. They said yes at first and then changed their mind, saying we would all be on the same floor instead. It felt misleading and dishonest. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and we were disappointed with the condition of the rooms and the service.

The room was clean and very spacious. The view is incredible. The staff that I dealt with whether at the reception or the breakfast/dinner area provided good service. I had dinner on the 14/01 and the team working was very impressive, especially the lady who took my order and helped me with choices and advise on portions. Very impressed with the service. Everyone I interacted with was very good at what they do.
