the room i booked was very spacious with gorgeous ocean views and a separate seating area. large, clean bathroom, the shower/water pressure was excellent. great AC and wifi. staff are very friendly and welcoming. the restaurant has great food, surprisingly one of the best bun cha hanoi i’ve had in the city. the pool also has amazing views, i didn’t get to use as it rained during my stay here. there is complimentary afternoon tea, i didn’t utilize but it looked great. plenty of shops and eateries very nearby. the bed was firm, but i didn’t mind as the bedding was comfortable. it’s located on a busy street, but the noise didn’t travel to the 12th floor. the only very minor detail was the dark brown walls made it feel dark. would recommend and stay again!

A great place to stay! The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Although the weather wasn't perfect, they made our stay great. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
