"Everything was excellent—the service, the friendliness—simply excellent. Just one observation: the rooms do not have air conditioning. Not everyone likes AC, but if you are accustomed to it, be sure to mention it to the concierge; they will help you out with a portable unit. They find a solution for everything. Excellent staff."
