"The hotel was beautiful & clean. The beds were actually very comfortable. The staff was amazing. The pool was closed for repairs, so we didn't get to see it. The ice machines were out of order on several floors, but the concierge was very helpful & got ice for us. The only real complaint we had about our stay was how noisy the street traffic was at night. The hotel can't control traffic at night, so we don't blame them, but we would highly recommend bringing ear plugs or a white noise machine if you're a light sleeper. We stayed on a holiday weekend with a convention & concert going on downtown."
