The fridge was broke. There wasn’t a hair dryer. There were dirty towels in the room. There weren’t enough towels for us. There were no coffee fixings. The water was insanely hot and couldn’t be regulated. They didn’t offer a roll away bed as advertised. There was construction right next to our room. Worst stay ever.

On paper, the property appeared modern and clean, which initially seemed promising. It’s located near several restaurant options, a definite plus. The building itself sits next to a warehouse and trucking dispatch, which adds a more industrial feel to the surroundings. The receptionist was very friendly and asked whether I preferred a first-floor or fourth-floor room. I mentioned I was looking for something quiet, and she recommended a room just off the lobby. When I entered the room, the first thing I noticed was a very large stain on the carpet near the door. The bathroom floor was sticky, complete with visible shoe prints. The walls showed signs of repeated patchwork, suggesting they’d seen a lot of repairs over time. The furniture showed signs of heavy use. The view from the window featured several AC units, a large parking lot, and a trucking company’s loading dock, certainly memorable. Given the room’s condition and lack of cleanliness, I wasn’t comfortable staying overnight, possibly leaving with an unexpected souvenir. I requested a refund after booking three nights. The staff refunded two nights but charged me for one. I chose to book three nights at the Aloft in downtown Tulsa instead, and the difference between the two properties was immediately noticeable. If you have to choose between the two, I recommend downtown.

Our vanity light was out, one of the lamps had no bulb, had to replace all the trash liners, phone never worked and kept lighting up trying to connect and finally just unplugged it. No USB plugs…won’t stay here again

The host was very nice. The first rooms tv didn’t work. Second rooms tv remote was missing and no way to turn it off so I had to sleep with it on. I dealt with it since the volume was off. At 4am the volume came on at the highest setting. Shower head only turned against the wall. I had to get Clorox wipes to clean the room which was visibly dirty.

The housekeeping staff decided to leave and there was none on site. The room that was assigned to us was not clean, no sheets on the bed, dirty sink, no towels, and unable to find tv remote.
