The front desk clerk should have explained the casino areas better. There is a non smoking area but you have to walk through the smoking area to get to it from the inside. The room was nice and clean but bring your own pillows. The food was wonderful at Carver’s.

Customer Service was rude, the staff was dismissive and arrogant on the phone. We had a person in our party who was 20 and didn't know, unlike all of the other casinos in Oklahoma, it is 21+, not 18+. Instead of letting us know and letting us stay if they didn't go to the Casino, they kicked our party out. We had to get new rooms in a different hotel and wait for a refund from Hard Rock.
