We love Sonesta properties in general but were disappointed that this one did not have a coffee station in the lobby for guests and wanted to charge us $15 to fill a thermos! They did deliver coffee pods to our room but difficult to fill a thermos one cup at a time!

This hotel is perfect for those attending any event at Nationwide Arena as it is just a short walk away. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. We did not use the valet parking but parked in the garage behind the hotel. Overnight was $27. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious!!! Also order a Lavender Bliss-excellent drink! You can’t go wrong with this hotel! We will stay here again the next time we are in town.
