The spare blanket in the closet for the sofa bed was a twin. It was thread bare with shredding and holes!!!!!! No way should that be occurring in a Hyatt hotel of such high rating and costs! I slept in my clothes and hoodie all night. So very disappointing and shocked when I saw this.

Great location. Clean room. Courteous staff. It's been our go-to hotel whenever we visit Cleveland, which is several times a year. Biggest issue this time was no housekeeping. We stayed from Thursday-Sunday and, despite several requests for fresh towels and a room clean, no service was provided.

The hotel was quiet. The room was large, comfortable, and mostly clean. Not pristine museum-level clean, but clean enough to feel comfortable staying there. Noise was minimal, with just some typical hallway sounds from staff in the morning, nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel. The staff was generally courteous. Some were more pleasant and friendly than others, but no one was rude or problematic. It was a straightforward, comfortable stay, and I would consider staying again based on the price and overall experience.

We had some unexpected issues with the room not matching the booking (which was done through a 3rd party, not directly with the hotel), but Jenny stepped up and saved the day. She was able to accommodate our needs, and was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, food was good, beds were comfy. We had a great stay, and really appreciate the "above and beyond" from Jenny.

The front desk staff was phenomenal! It’s one of the easiest check ins and check outs I’ve ever had. I really liked there being a simple bar available. Room was spacious and clean. There was a snag in the carpet that should obviously be clipped before it gets worse. Quiet until morning when doors slam as people leave. I was not impressed with breakfast. Eggs were fine but just okay. Bananas were brown. Fruit mix melon and pineapple was not ripe or sweet. Coffee was weak.
