"First I booked for two queen size beds we got doubles. There was no remote. We called and they didn’t bring one up. Saturday night we called again and they finally brought one up. The rooms were clean and nice. Just wanted what I paid for."

"It served the purpose for a low cost overnight stay. All staff interactions were positive, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, though the shower did not work. Unfortunately the pool was not available because of maintenance. Breakfast was excellent. Overall it was adequate for an inexpensive overnight. For the cost, I’d stay there again if the need arises. "A fine location with nice rooms and helpful staff. The bar on the 15th floor has a nice view of the harbor and pretty good draft beer. Don't order food - or at least the tots as the serving size is meager and quality very low. Not to mention the high cost. Like many cities, Portland does struggle with issues of housing and, sometimes associated, drug use. The Westin area of town does has abundance of both of these issues. We NEVER felt threatened but some might be uncomfortable in this area."
