Upon checking in I was not told the pool was out of service. We booked the hotel for the free breakfast and the pool. Was told the pool would be open Saturday morning, it did not open until four pm the next day. If we would have known we would have stayed elsewhere, as we were there for our daughters birthday.

Everyone was so sweet and friendly. It was so clean my newly walking child still had clean feet. Beds were nice, but could use a thicker or extra blanket for the pull outs.

Good over all stay.

Comfortable bed as usual, spacious room, great breakfast buffet. The only improvement they can make is the door closers. Close the door slowly but 6 inches from closing it slams the door shut. Potentially dangerous, extremely noisy.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was in a bit unkept rough shape though. The wallpaper was peeling off along the seams, the back of the bathroom door was bubbled from moisture and so on. The breakfast area was ok, it only had 1 waffle maker so there was a long line up to get a waffle. A pleasant stay, just very pricey for the quality the night we stayed IMO. It was frustrating as we booked for 5 people that our room did not have a pull out couch or 5th sleeping spot, but the hotel was quick to bring a cot for us. It would be a problem if no cots were available tho, as why pay for 5 people if the most basic item- a bed is not included/ guaranteed for each person.
