Amenities listed were not available, very noisy, and the bed was extemely hard. It sounded like there was something in our walls, like a squirrel or mouse cjewing all night long. The price charged was almost $40 higher than quoted and there was no communication back when I reached out prior to the stay. Wonderful location and has potential but needs some serious work to get it up-todate and offering what has now become standards at most hotels.

Unfortunately, the Poulins - the decades-long previous owners - are rolling over in their graves now… The Sea Latch has gone completely downhill since TP has owned it. When we showed up, the soap had been used in the bathroom, and we had no shower curtain. Additionally, there are cracks in the shower, floor, concrete… It’s not pretty… that’s for sure.

No curtain on the window, so couldnt open the blinds for natural light, without everyone walking by enjoying a peep show. Bathroom door was loose on the hinge, so it sagged. Had to be lifted, to open and close. Opaque glass in the bathroom door, so you can see at least shadows of all movement behind the door. That said, for the price, you can't beat it.

Were able to get a suite so it had a kitchenette. Lots of room, 2 balconies, could hear the waves, see the ocean across the street. A food truck provided coffee and sandwiches. Grocery stores were only a few miles down the road. Great for walking the beach in the low tide mornings and evenings. Very neat and clean, and the room is very nicely laid out...

Room was adequate. It was very clean. We thought we'd have an ocean view but we had to stretch over the railing and around the building to catch a little glimpse. If you want a clear ocean view make sure you are getting that. Balcony doesn't mean view. Other than that, property is beautiful. Beds were comfy , roku smart t.v. was great. Staff was excellent. The beach across the street is gorgeous. Would stay again.

The place was clean and the location was nice. The room view was pretty sparse, had to lean out to see the water But there was a community deck with lounges at the end of the hall that was really nice, we used that a lot. Rooms on the even side have a much better view. All in all it was a reasonable place for a few nights.

It’s right on Long Sands Beach, a five minute drive to Nubble Lighthouse and downtown shops. Very friendly and accommodating staff. My only challenge was the limited parking, but i was always able to find a spot when I needed to.

Our stay at the Sea Latch was comfortable, but the rooms could use a few more amenities. There was no closet or even some coat hooks for hanging clothes, nor was there a full-length mirror. We were in town for a wedding, so both of those things were necessary and we had to get creative. We also had a little trouble getting our shower to heat up (it just wouldn't get warm the first day, the second day took a looooong time), but we were told a new system had just been installed so it's possible they were just working out a few kinks with that. The location to town is great and being across from the beach is pretty unbeatable though.

Pros: nice gentleman at check-in, great location, reasonably clean Cons: Extremely spartan accommodations, noisy Let's start with the positives: the location is perfect for beachgoers as you merely walk across the street to the lovely expanse of Long Sands. The gentleman who checked us in was polite and relaxed and the room was clean. Now for the rest,... This property has some older accommodations and some newer ones - book the newer ones and spend the money because the ones along the parking lot are bare minimum rooms with paper-thin walls We could hear any time a neighboring room ran water or spoke above a normal tone. The room we were in was worth about half of what we paid for it in the shoulder season. No closet, not even a hook to hang clothes for the wedding we were attending. The shower was newly tiled, but the grout on the floor is black in places and there was no actual shower curtain, only a cheap vinyl liner. We would not book here again.
