The staff was okay, but the welcome could have been warmer at check in. I wasn't offered information, water anything upon check in. I had to ask the wifi info and breakfast info/times. At one point during stay I'd asked if they could offer me an umbrella as I was walking in the snow and the guy at the desk laughed and said he only had them for sale and couldn't offer me anything. That was rude. Other hotels offer umbrellas or supply at least one in the room. I returned one evening asking if there was available water to refill my cup (like the thermos at breakfast) and the woman at desk was rude and flat out declined that was possible.

We enjoyed our overnight trip and the hotel. The room was spotless and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk around the Old Port and walk to eat dinner and lunch. Excellent hotel! Next time we will be our swim suits!

room was clean. Clerk was friendly. BUT, $40.00 valet fee to move your vehicle about 100 feet into lot is ridiculous ! Shampoo in shower was empty. Not noticed until after getting wet in shower. Location is good for waterfront

The room seemed clean and was very spacious! The bathroom however had a weird pink stain above the toilet on the ceiling. The front desk was very kind and helpful to me. However when my boyfriend forgot his charger and came back the same evening they were unable to located it. He also called back several times and they said it was lost. Overall it was a good stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Clean room minus a duvet on the floor in the closet. Mattress is spring and very hard. Everything was decent and adequate. Nothing fancy. Valet was $40 a night so we parked on the street and then my car got keyed. Included breakfast is again decent. Highly recommend going to the restaurant in the building (that you annoyingly have to walk outside to go to) called Friendly Toast. Very good food. Great off season rates at this hotel, have stayed before and will likely stay again. Just nothing fancy.
