New Years morning we were woken up by what sounded like major construction going on above us and next to us at 5AM. They went on for an hour and I called the front desk who said she’d call the room above us and I told her it was so loud I could be coming from anywhere and I was surprised she couldn’t hear it (our room was close to the front desk). The banging and smashing did not stop until around 9AM. It was the most miserable morning and far from the relaxing New Year’s Day sleep in we were hoping for. I am sure multiple guests had to have complained. We also rented this specific pool as the highly advertised their pool, and our kids and nanny were coming, and we got there to a sign which said the pool was closed. My daughter started crying and the front desk employee didn’t even pretend to be apologetic.

Keith took our reservation over the phone and was incredibly thoughtful and kind. Fortunately, he was there when we arrived. I couldn’t believe that he was even more thoughtful and kind in person. My husband and I agreed that he treated us like family. Just when we thought he couldn’t possibly be as accommodating to everyone, we observed that he treated the guest behind us beautifully as well. Whomever he reports to should promote him.
And our boy, Mosey loved it too!

The room was great. The staff was great. The muffins could use some help and the coffee was terrible. Yet I am a coffee connoisseur so I may be a bit biased. I would recommend a choice of the regular coffee or a French press with freshly ground beans.😊
