"I found everything about this hotel to be excellent - the room, the service, the courteous staff, the shops and restaurants. I love that the hotel is connected to the Haneda Airport! If there's something I would like to comment on, they are as follows: 1. The room does not have a closet except for the wall with hangers. 2. Maybe you can consider adding a restaurant that serves pasta dishes, for a better variety. 3. Maybe a folding luggage rack can be provided. Other than that, overall experience was great! "

"We had an amazing stay at this brand new property. I was traveling with a disabled family member, and the staff (particularly Do and Daiki) went above and beyond to make sure her stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, across the road from Ueno Park and a short walk to shops and multiple JR and subway stations. Although the area at the back of the hotel is slightly seedy, you can always avoid it by going through the main entrance. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was very convenient. Having access to the top floor Onsen, with views of Ueno Park, was also particularly welcome after a long day. Highly recommended."

"This is an amazing hotel! Our room was spacious and lovely. The there vending machine and washing machine in different floors of the hotel. Super convenient. Recommend washing small amount at a time since the dryer isn't the best. The hotel is close the the Shinjuku Station and lots of restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay here. "

"Very close to train station (2 stops from Akihabara), several restaurants nearby. Rooms are small, need to make sure to choose the right room type during booking "
