Incredible location and views from top floor. I had club level access and the food and service was excellent. Hotel is recently renovated and seems brand new. There is full service sauna, spa and and gym. There is a bowling alley for guests to use with reservation. Service is impeccable. I had four nights stay so they offered free private ride to airport on my way out. I would definitely recommend this hotel brand and use it myself in future.

During my recent stay at this hotel, items that I left inside my room were stolen. I lost jewelry and watches with a total value of over USD 70,000, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer a safe and secure environment. What made the situation even more alarming was the hotel’s initial response. At first, the hotel staff did not want me to contact the police, which raised serious concerns about their handling of the incident and transparency. Only after insistence was the situation taken more seriously. Additionally, the hotel has major security and surveillance flaws. There is no camera covering the hallway or my room door at all. The only surveillance camera is located near the elevator, meaning there is no footage of who accessed the room corridor or my door. This is a significant security failure and makes it extremely difficult to investigate incidents like this. Overall, this hotel has very poor security management, inadequate surveillance, and an unacceptable response to a serious theft incident. I do not feel safe staying here and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially guests traveling with valuables.

Delightful rooms with a small balcony and a great view of the Tokyo Tower. The staff were really quite charming and there is a good selection of restaurants in the nearest vicinity of the hotel. Highly recommended.
