A clean, quiet hotel in the heart of Kyobashi nightlife and co-located with the metro. A great alternative to Namba. Room was small but the two beds were larger than expected. Would stay here again.

It was also very convenient that the hotel elevator connected directly to the shopping center. By taking the escalator, I could easily reach Uniqlo, MUJI, and Starbucks without going outside, which was especially convenient.

Staff at checkin meet me with first asking for my passport, while other guests was shown to check-in kiosks, when I questioned this I didn't get an answer and almost no explanations where given to me, while other guests where given lengthy explanations on the facilities. I want to remind the hotel that only guests WITHOUT a permanent address in Japan should be asked for their passport or identification, my appearance have NOTHING to do with this requirement.

Super convenient! The train station is on the lobby of the hotel. Awesome toiletries. You need to get the body loofah total life changer. Their breakfast buffet has a lot of option to chose from. Lastly the toilets are like no other specially in the US. Warm toilets seats are a game changer.
