The clerk appeared to struggle with English and was unable to understand simple questions, such as the amount of the hold that would be placed on my account - she nodded and carried on instead of answering a couple of questions."

"What a beautiful property I would definitely stay here again. Jake at check-in was incredibly informative with excellent customer service skills. The granola and fruit were delicious. I loved the common areas, which were warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was cozy. The ice machine kept running out of ice, but that’s just a little thing that they need to fix. I look forward to visiting this beautiful property again with my family! "
