I loved that this is right on the ocean. The porch access to sit and enjoy the view was amazing! The room was clean. The fireplace was a fun touch of cozy. I would definitely stay again!

The parking lot looks like a construction zone but the room and location were great. Good mattress, Fridge, micro and Keurig coffee. Outside patio with unobstructed view of beach. Very enjoyable.

Beautiful view, lovely balcony. No direct access to the beach from here - but the drive to Fogarty Beach is moments away (driving to avoid crossing 101 on foot), and what a payoff! This is a gorgeous location, comfortable bed, and excellent view. The construction site around it is unsightly- but barely visible from the balcony. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Incredible views from deck and really Quiet and peaceful. Slept with door to deck cracked and slept amazing with the sounds of the surf. It was just a room with a nice comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. A little dated but clean and conveniently located It was perfect for a weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the view was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet which was perfect for us. The balcony was enjoyable to watch the sunset however we could have benefited from a small table on the balcony to play games. There was a small table inside the room but it did not fit through the doorway so we couldn't move it outside. There was also a jetted tub and a fireplace but we did not use either. All in all we had a comfortable stay and would do it again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful room, spacious and clean. We were on the bottom floor and heard the footsteps of those above us. The balcony was nice but the overgrown blackberry bushes obstructed our view a bit. There isn't a lobby or an office, but the staff over the phone were helpful. Overall nice place.

Beautiful view No. Perfect view room was clean. No smells, no wierd vibe. I will be staying there again. My and other neighbors in the same building where that there was no access, walking distance to the beach itself. Only bummer. But the view made up for it. I thoroughly enjoy my stay. Excellent view when standing on the balcony. It was my first time at a hotel without a front desk. But there is a number I was able to call when I had questions. Really nice quality sheets and pillows. There is construction next door and I was worried about hearing construction noise in the morning, but thankfully that didn’t happen. It is an older property but it’s nice that they have updated the floors and got rid of the carpet. Note: there is no elevator. A few of the rooms are at street level and wouldn’t require stairs but the majority do.

The buildings next door are under construction. I am fairly certain we were given the worst room in the place, with the view of the ocean obstructed by orange caution tape and chain link fencing. We were on the bottom floor too, so it was loud. The hotel itself is a little run down, although clean. We paid premium prices to be on the ground floor overlooking a chainlink fenced view. I was disappointed, this was a birthday trip and I had my heart set on sitting on the back porch with a cup of coffee enjoying the ocean view. Pick a different property, there are so many other ones along the coast to choose from. I wouldn't recommend.

The good- The view was amazing ! The staff who answered the phone for check in and wifi password was nice and helpful. The room itself had an open feeling which was nice. The bad- The headboard was cloth. And disgusting. Had hair all over it. One side had crusty white stuff on it. There was hair on the side of the tub. There was NO beach access. There is construction and I had already read reviews so expected it. The construction wasn’t an issue but I can see how a sign for the hotel as you turn off the highway would be helpful. There was an open hole on the wall with open cords. Really cheap and ugly looking.
