Parking was fine. This place needs a total gut reno or tear down. Newer paint and furnishings but fan didn't work in the bathroom, deck balcony needs replaced, lits of crud in the door jam, veneer falling apart on bathroom doir. Very dated and in disrepair. Thought Clarion Inn meant a good place but not here. I do not recommend other than the view.

The balcony view was wonderful. Desk staff allowed me to look at 3 different rooms before I took one. They went beyond normal duties for me and I appreciate them accommodating my fussiness!

The room was quant and quiet. Loved the view!! The trail to the beach was a little too steep, but doable. Didn’t have AC, and it was unseasonably warm, but a fan in the window did the trick. Disappointed there was no restaurant or hot tub.

The room was covered in dust (ceiling, furniture, floor), furniture torn, rusted, and scratched up. Sheets look yellowish, spiderwebs, bugs flying around. Crumbs on floor and counters from previous guests. Even the remote control was missing the batttery cover. Did not look anything like the pictures on the website when I purchased the room.

Worst room I have ever stayed in at this price point. 1. Restaurant and bar closed permanently. 2. Gas fireplace in room broken. 3. Lamp plugin and outlet on nightstand broken. I didn’t use it concerned it could cause a fire. 4. I could loudly hear someone walking and moving a chair above me. 5. Several places where paint was scraped and needed repair. I found out that the property is going to close permanently in about a year and be demolished. Obviously they are not maintaining issues that need to be fixed.
