Staff was friendly and room was clean. Price was very reasonable and only about a 20 min drive to Denver city center. The only down side no hair dryer in the room, you have to ask for at the front desk and hope they have one available. Also no safe in the room. But kitchenette is awesome.

The room was immaculate, the regional manager, JJ was so kind and accommodating and the low price did not represent the high quality of the entire stay. It was conveniently located to all the events we came to see. I was truly impressed. But it is a Marriott and I have come to expect this from them.

This is definitely a new place that has not been opened very long. It does not have the normal things that are in the hotel rooms e.g. Kleenex boxes, hair dryers, spacious rooms with no chair.

Be aware if you need an ADA room: I had a first floor room that had sewage/toilet waste water flood from the shower drain. However, the staff took care of it right away and came to a mutual agreement that I have ZERO complaints against.

Hotel has hardwood floors which is great, but they werent very clean. Also could hear people above us a TON. Called Desk just before Midnight to let them know, and it didnt stop. Doors dont seal very well, there was pretty big gaps not only on the bottom of the door, but the side as well. Wish the AC had a fan on it as when the AC stopped, the room would warm up.

That was an extended stay place and I didn’t realize that toilet got clogged no plunger around which I’m sure I could’ve got one at the front desk. And I expected like a king size bed and it was a smaller bed. I’m 6 foot six. But for what but it was OK we got through the night and we’re still alive.

I’ve never in my years of booking through Hotels.com ran into any issues until I booked this location in Denver. I was planning on checking in early but because of traffic at Colorado Springs I wasn’t able to check in until close to 9pm. We traveled from northern AZ to get here and when we arrived the front desk advised us that we couldn’t check in due to all the rooms being sold out. Mind you, I booked this months in advance! And it was non-refundable! So how the HECK did our room get “sold” to someone else?! I then was instructed to book somewhere else but everyone in town was sold out and ended up at a sketchy Motel 6 miles outside of town. Don’t list yourself on a booking website if you’re going to sell out your rooms to other people! Beware when booking!

If you're choosing this hotel because of the Marriott brand and its reputation, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The property itself is fairly new, and that shows in some positive ways. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the management and overall service are extremely disappointing. The problems start as soon as you request anything. For example, I specifically requested room cleaning for a particular date and time, and I was assured it would be done. However, when we returned to the hotel, the room had not been cleaned at all. When I asked why the service had not been provided, I received conflicting explanations. First, I was given a reason for the delay, but after checking further, the front desk claimed that no cleaning request had been submitted. When I explained that the receptionist had written down my request on a Post-it note, they changed their explanation again and said that housekeeping requests are only accepted after the third day of a guest's stay. The staff seem to rely heavily on Post-it notes for tracking requests, which may explain the lack of coordination and accountability. In addition, the exterior corridors were dirty, and the elevator was out of service during our stay. Since we were staying on the fourth floor, we had to use the stairs every time, which was very inconvenient.
