The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay. I do wish that more places would have more gluten-free options.
The guy at the front desk was very kind. He even brought up blankets for me & my guest.
I did have an issue with the front desk woman with the short black hair.
She didn't have a name tag on the whole time.So I had to ask another employee what her name was before I left.
Turns out her name is kimberly.
She was very rude when we arrived.
I was giving her a credit card for the incidentals. She said, oh no, that was a prepaid card.
Which it was not.
I give her another one. She's like, this is prepaid two, and I said, no.It is not. It's a credit card. Both of them are.
She's like, what can you go in and go to the bank? And I said, no, you cannot go in. And even the one that was had a bank was still not a prepaid card.It was & is a credit card.
Whatever made her t hink she is the authoritarian of credit cards is beyond me.
She said she "would accept my credit card this one time". I said she would have to accept it every time because it is a credit card.
It was very uncomfortable, very rude & it made me almost want to just cancel and go find a different hotel. But I had to go to a doctor and I was tired. I used to do front desk several times I know what it takes to be a humane representative and she made me feel like I was just beneath her.
