I expect better standards when it comes to DoubleTree line of hotels. I’ve stayed at different DoubleTree hotels in different cities, but this one in Denver appeared to be much older. Our room had stains all over the ceilings that looked like slow leaks. The walls were very thin, I could hear our neighbors to the left and right of us talking. Then on Sunday morning Nov 9th at 240 AM we had to evacuate the hotel due to the fire alarms going off. I don’t know if it was kids goofing around, but being woken up at 240 AM then having to stand out in the cold in 35 degree temperature was not fun. It took me over an hour to get back to sleep only to be woken up by the fire alarms again at around 5AM. Then my son had a game at 11am that same day so we did not get a restful sleep. I think our club should really reconsider switching to another chain of hotels.

We had a wonderful room very relaxed and slept well. Staff was very friendly. Thank you. We didn't get there till eight thirty in the evening And left at eight in the morning because we had a doctor's appointment.
