All-in-all our stay was fine, but it's misrepresented on the listing. It seems like this property was renovated to be a few years ago (as shown in pictures), but not maintained, so there are a lot of things that are a bit broken/worn down. I.e. the lamp in my bedroom was broken (the switch was snapped off), the closet doors were barely hanging on, and the blinds are all warped, the laundry room door was busted and hard to get open, the dryer barely worked, etc. Also while things seemed clean, there were no pillow protectors on the pillows, and the check-out instructions said to start a load of towels on the Quick setting, which isn't really sufficient for properly cleaning towels, so I was a little icked out about the linens. Also, I booked this property because of the "pool" but it's actually a large hotub. It was in the 90s when we were there and it was set to 102 degrees. The host is very nice, but I messaged them ahead of check in and it took them 4 days to get back to me (only after I messaged a 2nd time). Check-in was challenging because they don't give you a door code until the actual check-in time which was inconvenient because I was on a flight and my parents who were already there needed to get in. They said they would send the code to my parents but sent it an hour after check-in. We had fun and it worked, but I wouldn't rent it again in its current condition.
