"Pool area was not well maintained and cleaned. Same with decks. Other wise rooms were clean. Jets in hot tub did not work. Restaurant/bar staff was great. Jets in the tub in our room worked well and water was hot."

"Room not so clean, maid did not come and clean even though you put the sign out. Did not replenished coffee. Air conditioning semi working. The office staff show up late, the sign said open at 8:00 am. They don’t show up until 9:00 am."

"Way overpriced for what it was. It is not a two-bedroom -- unless you like to sleep on a single, WW2-like folding mattress in a garage filled with pill-bugs. We weren't able to get into the place until 5 p.m., which is ridiculous. And keep in mind that there is no refund on this place. My kids and I would have been happier at the Best Western. The only thing great about this place was the cleaning staff, who we saw on a regular basis, and they were actually the ones to let us in with a code - the entry code was never even sent to us. I had to request it. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this has never happened before. Between the ants, pill bugs overall uncomfortableness of this place (watch out for the killer corner The Best Western allows pets and they have a pool - for about half the price of this stay. Next time we will be staying there. "

"Host was very communicative. Never had an issue contacting them. They offered very good suggestions for food. They have a nice set up of back up power with solar in case power goes out. So we never felt any disruption with our day there. Over all very good trip. "
