There was no staff - room was okay, but there were a lot of yappy dogs on our floor. I love dogs, but when owners leave them in the room for an hour and there is constant barking, it’s more than annoying. No staff to answer the phone when you called to report. Oh, and breakfast - absolutely nothing, not even coffee. This was a 1st in all of our travels. They had a restaurant where you could purchase coffee & some breakfast items. Would I recommend - I don’t think so. Hospitality with no hospitality!

Upon arrival the hotel had a bad smell. Room with similar. We booked a king suite with hot tub. There was no king but two doubles pushed together. No pull out sofa rather a hard futon. The hot tube was a jacuzzi tub with limited jets. We waited for service in the restaurant for breakfast for ten minutes before leaving and never seeing a single worker. Great view but that was it. We left a day early from our two day trip.

Room was pleasantly large. View was excellent. Hot tub worked well; however, we found hairs not belonging to us in the hot tub required us to clean before use. The tv kept dropping the signal to the point of being unwatchable and barking dogs from the hallway wo us multiple times after 11pm.

The hotel was very ran down, halls, elevator and pool was very dirty. The hot tub didn’t work and the staff didn’t even know it wasn’t working. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. I paid for an ocean view and got a view of ran down houses and parking lot. To get the ocean view I had to stand at the corner of the window to look from the side

Staff was very friendly but the facility is in dire need of maintenance both inside and out and very close to blighted. Linens didn’t fit the bed, towels were literally threadbare, bathroom sink faucet leaked, I could go on. What little maintenance or repairs done in our room looked like they were performed by a group of grade school kids in a craft class. SLOPPY. There are much better options in the area.

Burn holes all around the room despite being non smoking things were poorly maintained. The breakfast is misleading its not free the coupon they give you is not for breakfast. The staff all seemed to be in a bad mood. Maybe its a bad area and they have to deal with bad guests alot Idk but it felt unwelcoming at best. The ocean view was fantastic! Would not stay there again though.
