Crystal at the front desk made this a five star experience. She is kind, compassionate, and has excellent customer service skills. The ocean view room with jacuzzi tub was perfect for one of the coldest days in decades in Florida. The free breakfast was filling and offered a nice variety of cooked food as well as cereal and fruit. You can’t beat the location, price and customer care.

The room had a full dehumidifier that wasn’t changed the duration of our stay and never emptied. The bed of one of our rooms was found to have an orange chemical spill all over it and the room had to be changed. The floors in the rooms were sandy upon arrival.
