We made a reservations for four room three with city view for our employees and one ocean view for ourselves andbours was the smallest with a terrible view of next door hotel and barely you could see the ocean from the balcony which made us so disappointed, although the hotel is beautiful, clean and brand new we didn't get what we requested

The room was clean, the view from our oceanfront room was spectacular, and the food from the pool bar was delicious. The drinks were also good, and I liked getting the 2 vouchers with our room. I didn’t like not having the ability/option to get luggage carts and take our luggage to and from our room ourselves.

Really nice hotel great rooms great lobby. Pool area is fantastic with access to the beach. Stayed in Daytona a few times and this is by far the best I've stayed in. Nice restaurant on site also

The beach view is great, the hotel lobby is great! Pretty much everything is terrific, except 2 things; AC is very loud. No water pressure in shower, although sink is fine.

The most place and room were perfect. The one thing I was not aware of was you have to pay a $400 deposit which includes room service even for f you don’t intend on using it. The $400 is taken out of your bank account and you have to wait for it to be deposited back within 3-5 business days. They don’t offer free parking anywhere around the hotel. The day of check out house keeping just walked in while we were packing and getting ready.

Since there is no concierge, the front desk employees should know the local restaurants, and the local things to do around. They don’t. also complementary water would be nice and check in is not very easy. The girls act like they have a hard time.

The property was nice and clean however the elevators make an extremely loud noise every time they are in use so they kept us awake all night long. We were unable to get a good nights sleep and when we mentioned it at check out it was dismissed!
