Very nice hotel. Clean, updated with friendly staff. You do have to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. It was an extra $76 that I had not planned on for 2 days. Very nice rooms.

Had to wait for hot water to come through, like 10 min of running shower on straight hot, couch was very uncomfortable, very very firm. Quoted $679 for 3 day stay from hotels.com but did the pay at hotel option and was over charged for $821 instead. Parking is not free, 3 days parking cost right at $100, and no it’s not valet. It’s the Sheraton, you’d expect more. Balcony? Yes, all 2ft by 3ft, lol. If you want it cool in the room the set ac to 70 and on high all day and night, never turns off and is loud. I got the king suite, never again!

Yes the room was clean I did not like that the toilet reminds me of a toddler potty. Close to the floor. Room felt like we were in a basement. I would like to be asked if we prefer another floor when put lower than 4 if available. We don’t get to Dallas very often and it would be good to be on a higher floor. Not the top of course but the 2nd floor and by the generator outside my balcony window that was ugly. Should not have a balcony on that side. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Comment was made halls felt like being on the titanic with them being narrow and completely closed off. Staff was friendly. Lounge was good and I did have a late dinner that was made to go and it took a while for that honestly think they forgot. Also wasted a huge bag for a bowl of soup. Need smaller bags Parking I think is too much money-like the police presence though. So I give you about 2/3 stars.
