All staff were amazing, but Madison really went way above-and-beyond by being communicative before our stay and setting up a super special birthday surprise for my husband. The staff here were incredibly kind, expedient and helpful! I booked the Standard Suite with the kitchenette, and the deep soaking tub definitely influenced my decision! The towels were actually some of the best that I’ve personally used. They were so absorbent that I could’ve dried myself off twice before it started feeling too damp, and they were as soft and fluffy as the bathrobes provided in the room! The hotel is incredibly quiet, which is great at night since it’s close to the highway. Even with my room directly facing the hallway for the elevators, I almost never heard anything going on outside the room unless I was right near the door. The rooms have Samsung smart TVs so you’re able to watch exactly what you want to watch, and the kitchenette comes equipped with a cooktop and the basics of what you would need to cook a meal if you wanted. Overall it’s a very well thought out property and the staff were amazing!!

This place was amazing. Spotless room, very clean. Such friendly staff at the front desk and morning cafe! Room was so nice gorgeous big window floor to ceiling. Great bathroom with modern shower and big tub.

Christoffer, the hotel manager, was absolutely outstanding. After seeing the room, I realized it was too small for my wife, our two daughters, and me, so I went downstairs to see what options we had. Christoffer was immediately helpful, calm, and solution-oriented. With no fuss at all, he worked things out and upgraded us to two rooms, completely resolving the situation. This is what great hospitality looks like—listening, understanding, and taking action with a positive attitude. Christoffer turned what could have been a stressful moment into a smooth, easy experience. Huge thanks to him for going above and beyond.
