Aloft Airport North

This hotel has a great vibe. The hot tub is a must for me, and everything in the rooms is extremely clean. This is by far my best Aloft experience, and it’s on my list to return.

The front desk is hugely under-staffed. The night receptionists seemed very stressed, bothered and borderline angry, sort of avoiding eye contacts. The staff is also under-trained. My reservation from hotels.com was mishandled, leading to my frantic searching, contacting hotels.com when all the time it was mishandled by one receptionist without her informing others. It took me almost an hour to get checked in.
