We paid for a king bed on Oct 3rd for a stay, for our anniversary week, on Oct 18th and when we got there - despite giving 5 hours notice we were coming - we were given 2 double beds in a room with a leaking toilet and toilet water on the floor. The front desk guy basically said “too bad, not my fault. Talk to alike Cleaver. Also he comes in tomorrow after your flight leaves.” TERRIBLE experience.

There were roaches in the room not one but many!! The room had a stench of mold and wetness. When they moved my room that room had similar peculiar smell of mold coming from AC machine. The tv also didn’t work

I was disappointed. Upon entering my room, I noticed several serious issues that made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The shower water was lukewarm, there were roaches in the bathroom, and the carpet and fixtures were visibly dirty and poorly maintained (I have photos). These conditions were unacceptable for any guest, especially under the Choice Hotel brand.

There were live bugs in the first room we killed them but got a new room but the room smelled like mildew there was no breakfast not on the menu of the little restaurant either the bed was hard the pillows were small and lumpy the carpets were dirty there was no tub just a standing shower the furniture looked old and dated for the price I paid I expected better. It wasn’t the absolute worst but definitely not at the top of my list
