We had to get up at 2 a.m. to catch the flight for the first leg of our journey only to discover the flight booked for our second leg didn’t exist. The website said we couldn’t check in until 3 pm; the hotel allowed us to check in at 11:30. We were exhausted. The hotel was clean, nice, and provided airport pick-up and delivery.

Hotel seems very old. Noisy A/C, and a broken towel rack in the room. But the check in person was wonderful. Very nice and answered all questions. Check out guy less so. Was on the phone the whole time we waited for the shuttle. And the shuttle driver took us to the wrong terminal.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, and I appreciated having a first-floor room. However, there were a few issues I noticed that may be helpful for future guests: The room door was difficult to open because the carpet was too thick and didn’t fit well under the door. The shower appeared to be designed for accessibility needs, but it was complicated to use. The shower head would not stay secured on the pole and looked very outdated—almost from the 70s—and it nearly fell on my foot. Since the room faced the front parking lot, it was noisy late at night with people coming and going. Next time, I would choose a room toward the back or on a higher floor. The refrigerator made a loud buzzing sound throughout the night. Overall, the stay was okay, but these adjustments could make the experience more comfortable—especially for guests who are particular about their accommodations. Thank you for your time.

Airport shuttle was not easy to find. Two shuttles came by listing Clarion on the side of the van, but they said they do not pick up for that hotel. The second guy eventually called the hotel for me and then decided to pick me up anyway. Got to the hotel and they did not even look at me when I walked in. They took forever to help a customer in front of me. Never said a word to me. It is "fine" for a hotel if you are just staying over night for a flight, but would not recommend it otherwise.

Decent Inn. Customer service at the front desk was good. The Inn itself is a little outdated but we felt safe and the rooms were clean. Our room was a 2 queen bed and pretty spacious. My only complain would be the bathroom is a bit tiny and again outdated. My son and I enjoyed the indoor pool! The jacuzzi felt great after 8 hours of driving on the road.

Hotel supposedly had a shuttle from airport, but nobody answered the phone to schedule a pickup, so I took an Uber. Obviously, it was busy because tons of flights were cancelled at DFW, but that process could be easily automated.
