The bathroom drain smelled like sewage. The refrigerator also had a foul smell. One day my fiance and I woke up to no hot water and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low.There was no shade to cover the windows, just a thin white curtain. It felt as if anyone can look inside the windows. The sun shine woke us up everyday due to no shade in the room. On a brighter note, the staff was friendly, they had a shuttle bus to the airport, and breakfast was included.

The Wingate is a tired hotel, nothing special. The good points were the handicapped room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The shuttle service pick up took over 30 minutes to arrive. The shulltle vans are in need of replacement. There was a note that said tips were how drivers are primarily paid. We were the only ones who paid. Maybe they should charge a few dollars to the drivers can be paid and replace the vans. The hotel isn't bad it is just okay...certainly didn’t match the rating i read.

the water was barely warm. Hella low pressure. The breakfast was a joke. Bacon too thin and burn to eat. Eggs. Well. Cardboard. Tv did not work. Was told. They have no one to fix it and no room to move to. Took an hour and 45 minutes for shuttle. The driver ran red lights. Changed lanes like mad. Like what the heck. The towels were thin and wretched. The room smells like smoke. The maid came in my room in the middle of the day. After they cleaned. . Without knocking Totally suspicious I never leave a bad review so this is taking me back.

Complaint against hotel management

I stood overnight and gone all day. Upon returning my room was not cleaned. Front desk said I needed to request for room to be cleaned. This is the first time I've heard a hotel tell me this. When I called they were not tool helpful. No request if I needed fresh towels. Horrible customer service. I requested to speak to a manager who was not available. I attempted to call the front desk a couple times the next day around 10 pm. No one answered.

I stayed at this location for 5 days . I had to literally beg for towels daily no one spoke English one of the housekeepers stole my $300 north face coat . My room was only cleaned one time trash was never collected . All of the staff had a language barrier, and when my coat was taken they showed no remorse as if it happens .
