What a beautiful two bedroom apartment with 15 foot ceilings and open concept. Everything was well maintained and clean. plenty of consumables, including laundry, pods, dishwashing pods, paper towels, etc. The apartment had a beautiful view of the City Hall building designed by I. M. Pei. The Butler building location is great. It’s within walking distance of so many great restaurants, including four corners brewery. Highly recommended!!

The place was nice for a long stay, clean enough with not enough TP for the days booked yet peaceful inside the unit. Many people hanging out outside the building though never fealt threatened. Good spot. ** one thing was uncomfortable. Was that on the next last day or a day before that someone without our knowledge had come in to the unit to change a lightbulb on top of the stove! That was very uncomfortable and will not book at that place again.

Ad is misleading. It’s 2bd but only 1bath. Only one bd is in a room with walls where 1 bd is in an open room with curtains separating. If you have different genders, not ideal. Never told us how to lock door. The key pads we have automatically lock once outside. This you must push # for it to lock!!

Great property, comfortable &very accessible into downtown. Although very close to bars , coffee shops & downtown, it’s also pretty close to the neighbouring area which isn’t exactly appealing. Lots of vagrants around but to be expected around a downtown property. Would stay there again for value & location
