Staff was very friendly but was not so happy after i arrived to check in, turns out my reservation was given to someone else with the same name but they failed to check the reservation number on it so i had to pay again for the stay there so i got charged a security deposit twice. The clerk did advied i would get a refund but it would take a while to process but waiting longer to get another room and not to what i reserved was annoying i was tired from the ling drive and just wanted to sleep. I wasent even compensated or got an apology for their mistake.

Water leak in bath room coming down from end of shower closes to door, appears to have been going on a while as there was a huge puddle of water on the ground. (They did offer and gave me another room) Water pressure for shower was extremely poor and shower head in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. A/C unit in second room had no way of controlling the temp or fan. Looks like the display no longer worked or had no power. Mini fridge in room would not get cold(first room worked great)

It was a very great clean friendly very good breakfast just the person who checked us inn was so good very respectful just wonderful but just didn't like the water leaking from the a/ c in my room the water kept the floor very wet and the atm mechanic took money out of my account but didn't give me any money to me i hope they changed the person who they do bussing with the machine get another person

Our stay is usually great here (we’ve stayed several times before early morning flights) this time our room wasn’t great. Sheets appeared dirty. Coffee maker didn’t work and staff wasn’t very friendly. Probably won’t stay here again.
