Sofa had stains all over it, shower had hair in it, Bed had crumbs once I laid down felt dirty, breakfast was dry, not very filling. Had to pay 75.00 fee for incidentals, and I call repeated time for shuttle with the answer we will pick you up. Never showed to DFW, only for them to say we don’t drive that far. Won’t be booking this hotel again. Only felt with it given the snow storm on the east coast, didn’t have a choice.

I never stayed because the room was filthy dirty, Stains on the furniture, toilet was dirty, I was bitten by a bug upon entering the room. It smelled like so much air freshener stray to cover up cigarettes I had trouble breathing. I went to the desk and said I was not staying and asked to cancel and the desk guy could not do anything for me. it was discusting and gross. Amenities, what amenities? I will insist on a full refund. i did not stay.

Airport shuttle is on demand, quick (less than ten minutes) and clean. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was all bacon and starch, eggs ran out before eight, and the exercise room and ATM were out of service. Totally reasonable for the price

No no. There was a lot of mold in the part of this bathroom sink and stains on the countertop plus the couch and the in the seating area. This hotel I'd very high reviews and very disappointing considering we went to go check out the sauna to relax in, which was the main reason why we reserved the room. It was very cloudy and yellow so we did not enjoy the hot tub sauna area
