Had a useful stay for Thanksgiving. The purpose of the stay was to get a good nights rest nearby the Dallas Turkey Trot. The room was comfortable, clean and functional. 2 minor issues were 1. The remote had old batteries and the channels were hard to change. 2. I got the stay and breakfast package. I attempted to get my breakfast after my race but the receptionist said it was too late. So, I paid extra for nothing. In fairness, maybe I couldve ordered it before the race but its not good to run 8 miles with a full stomach. Was looking forward to replenishing after but couldnt.

Amazing hotel in a really cool historic building. Loved the attention to detail and ability to modernize the building while also honoring its past. Room was fantastic and spacious. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed the layout of room. The entire property was clean and well-kept. The pool area was very relaxing and ended up being a nice place to work on my computer and then take some relaxation breaks. Every staff member that we interacted with was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel if I stay in Dallas again and look forward to staying in another Aloft properties when I travel to other cities.

It was the most comfortable and smoothest stay ever. ALL of the front staff had an amazing attitude that made us feel welcomed. From checking in to our check out. Please look into the time i checked in to the time i checked out because who ever was behind that desk both times deserve a raise! The breakfast lady by the name Reyna was an absolute sweetheart and very attentive to our requests. I will defiantly consider staying here on my trips to Dallas going forward.
