Both Expedia and IHG should do better about transparency of costs and fees. There isn't anything more frustrating than paying for your hotel ahead of your stay only to discover upon check in that they charge for parking and to use the amenities during your stay. The hotel is beautiful and brand new but located on a very busy freeway which you hear traffic all night and cannot sleep. They couldn't locate my member number ins put of having my card. Just very inept service in spite of the great rooms

I don’t like that you had to pay 30 dollars to park in their very large parking lot. There was no reason for that. And a 10 dollar amenity fee also. Everything else was great
