"There was an issue on expedias end I have contacted both the hotel and Expedia well in advance after arriving to Pittsburgh and having no place to stay. No one has helped me. My next step is to challenge it on my credit card."

"It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are a bit small but perfect for what they are. The bathroom was very clean. The staff are extremely helpful with any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It's really close to downtown and within walking distance to almost anything you need."

"Having the restaurant right off the lobby and the shuttle one floor down was very helpful for a tired traveler. The only negative I have is that the reusable bottle of body wash had not been refilled and I barely had enough to shower with. Had there been two in the room one person wouldn’t have been able to shower. These should be refilled after each use of the room so there is no chance it will run out."
