The facility is wonderful and our rooms were very good; larger than expected. The Expedia listing stated that there was a continental breakfast included but this was incorrect, so that was disappointing. The hotel itself was very nice.

My room was as expected at a Marriott, clean, comfortable, and updated. I always like the mattresses but the pillows are a bit tough to get the right height setup. But I'm just looking for thinks to pick a part. The stay is always great.

The hotel website did not disclose that the pool was closed for extensive weeks long repair. Anyone with kids travelling for sports (a core customer for these types of hotels on weekends) knows this is a keystone consideration when booking. The hotel knows it as well which is why they didn’t update their website (or Expedia) with the info. It’s best practice and reflects poorly on the location and chain not to do so.

Very nice hotel in Cranberry Township north of Pittsburgh. I’ve stayed here before and have always had excellent service and accommodation.

Shower mishap

I brought my mom and dad and originally asked for a 2 queen bed room but then asked for a handicap room for my mom.. ended up with a king. 3 in one bed did not work out. I got a cot, worked much better. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was warm. And no microwave. The hand held shower did not work so I was unable to help my mom shower. Only the overhead shower worked. Asked about it the next morning as well as fixing rhe fridge and asking for a microwave. Dad took a shower and I noticed A LOT of water in the foyer that leaked from the shower (level floor for wheelchair use) so beware of that or put a lot of towels down near the bathroom door. The upper shower head faces the door instead of thw other way around. Poorly designed. Other than that, our stay was great. The room was comfortable and the staff was great and very accommodating to our needs.
