The amenities and staff make this hotel ELITE ! From the time we entered the door, we were treated FANTASTIC! The free dinner / drinks are wonderful & saved this budget mama. The breakfast is great! The only tiny negative was that the hot tub wasn't HOT enough. However we went at 9am, which isn't exactly prime time. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Drury & plan to stay here every trip to pgh.
