"The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the employee Chris that managed the front desk during our trip. We had an issue with check-in where Expedia cancelled our booking by accident and he was able to rebook us the same day on arrival and upgrade our room. He turned a what was a total panic moment into relief. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. The free bus that goes to the parks was great, on time, and fast every time we used it both to and from the parks. The property and room were both well maintained and we had no issues whatsoever. The theming was fun, quaint, and cozy. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommended for travelers on a budget that want a quality stay close to the park without the official Disney price tag."
