Graduation Stay

We stayed here for my son's graduation and we had an amazing time. This was our first time staying at a vacation rental and everything was on point! The host had great communication and was very detailed before, during, and after our stay! The house was very clean and organized with very comfortable beds to sleep on. There were no maintenance issues either - this house has everything you will need. The location was perfect with a 5-minute walk to the beach or driving to downtown Cocoa Beach. We will definitely be back again here in the near future. 10/10!

Excellent stay

My family and I had a great trip at this little beach home! The interior represented a nice throwback to the early 60s, and the host had numerous old Fortune 500 magazines to look at, which were a fun look back in time. She also had some yummy cookies from a local shop and a sweet hand written card for us when we arrived! The home was very clean, and there was plenty of room for our 6 person crew. It’s a 5 minute walk to a section of the beach that isn’t as crowded as the pier in Cocoa Beach. It’s a short drive/bike ride to numerous other locations. We plan on staying again the next chance we get.

Great stay in a cool house!

We had a great weekend! The owner and house were great; we loved the mid century vibe! It had plenty of room inside and out! Quick walk to the beach, close to dining and a short drive to KSC. We had an amazing dinner at Gregory’s (they take reservations) and a great breakfast at Wisk & Grind. Would recommend this house to anyone but it’s a perfect floor plan for families with extended family.

Big and beautiful!

Everything about this house was perfect for our group! The host was always quick to respond to any questions and check in was easy. The house is large with plenty of space for a big group and the location is within a short walk of the beach. Very clean with nice decorative touches and plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The host went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one and I’d definitely recommend staying!
